Pharmaceutical Form: Sterile Injectable Solution.

Composition: Each ml of solution Contains vitamin A 50,000 IU /ml,
vitamin D₃ 10,000 IU/ml & vitamin E 20 mg/ml

MECHANISM OF ACTIONS:
Vitamin A maintains normal structure and function of epithelial cells. There appears to be gradation of Sensitivity of various epithelial surfaces to vitamin A. Another function of vitamin A is its well-defined role in The visual process. Vitamin A is necessary for Spermatogenesis in males and maintenance of pregnancy in females. Another defined function of vitamin A is Support of osteoblastic activity and bone growth.
Functions of vitamin D include the following. It maintains the circulating level of ca ⁺⁺ in the blood, which is essential for many functions, vitamin D and parathormone together act to mobilize  ca and po₄  from bone . This is a seemingly paradoxical situation It ensures that ca and po₄   are present in blood in supersaturated concentrations so that bone may be formed. A second major function is activation of the intestinal epithelial cell transport system, which increases absorption of ca and po ₄ .
Functions of vitamin E in animal appears to be as an antioxidant . It functions in preventing lipid oxidation and prolonging the biologic life of polyunsaturated fatty acids.
The decrease in peroxide formation can be considered as having a stabilizing effect on cell membranes containing polyunsaturated fatty acids.  

 PHARMACOKINETICS:
Vitamins A, D and E is a oil- soluble vitamin. After injection rapidly absorbed and through blood circulation distributed to other organ. The most of this drug is its depoted in liver. Excretion is slow from the body. Infections reduce the absorption.

INDICATIONS:
To Provide an immediately – available additional supply of the vitamin A, D₃   and E when the diet Contains insufficient of these vitamins to satisfy requirements. To provide additional supplies of the vitamin A, D₃ and E during periods when the requirement for these vitamin is increased.
For the prevention and treatment of deficiencies of vitamin A, D₃ and E in farm animals.

Including:
Night blindness, keratinization of cornea, blindness, Anasarca, Rickets in young growing animals and osteomalacia in adult animals, infertility.

Dosages:
Cattle , horses : 15-20 ml , Calves & foals : 10 ml & sheep , goats : 5 ml , lambs & kids : 2-3 ml &  Cats , dogs : 0.5 – 2 ml

Administration Routs:
This drug is administered by intramuscular or subcutaneous injection.

ADVERSE AND COMMON SIDE EFFECTS:
Toxicity can occur with excess dietary or parenteral supplementation, with clinical signs resembling deficiency states. Administration vitamin E to cows not in the immediate prepartum state and at high dosages can result in vascular calcification and /or renal calcium deposition.
A small local reaction may occur at the site of injection but this should disappear after a short period. DO not overdose. The product should be Used only where indication for dietary in sufficiency exist.

Pharmaceutical Precautions:
Store in room temperature, not exceeding 30º C, protected from light. Do not freeze.
